Spinnaker Sail

A spinnaker sail would be purchased in addition to a jib or genoa.  A spinnaker is fun to fly and usually very colorful. It adds a lot of sail area and provides an amazing amount of speed when sailing downwind.  In areas of consistently light wind, the purchase of a spinnaker sail will add to the fun.

CRUISING SPINNAKER

RACING SPINNAKER

The cruising spinnaker is easy to fly and colorful. It adds an amazing amount of speed when sailing downwind. It is flown and controlled just like a jib or genoa. No spinnaker pole or extra hardware is required to use this spinnaker.

 The large racing spinnaker flies from an easily removable 6’ bow sprite. This sail is huge, and offers more downwind speed than the conventional cruising spinnaker.
